Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vexyntra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.
Use of the Service
Vexyntra provides AI-powered tools to generate store concepts, product descriptions, and related content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform. Free-tier usage is limited to a set number of AI generations; additional usage requires a PRO plan.
Your Account & Content
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You retain ownership of the store content you generate, and you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any applicable laws.
AI-Generated Content
Content produced by Vexyntra's AI is provided as a starting point. You should review and edit generated material before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or free of errors, and you are responsible for how you use it.
Payments & PRO Plan
The PRO plan is offered as a one-time payment through our payment provider. All payments are processed securely by the provider, and access is granted once payment is confirmed. Refunds are handled in accordance with the provider's policies and applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Vexyntra and its original features, design, and branding are the property of Vexyntra and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use the Vexyntra name or trademarks except as permitted by us in writing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we believe harmful to the platform or its users. You may stop using Vexyntra at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Vexyntra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexyntra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Vexyntra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
